5-day in Beijing, then now in Moscow

It happened to be the peak of summer vacation so every where was full of people, especially Chinese families from other regions. I spent a lot of time to reserve sightseeing spots, planned the itinerary, and waited in lines.

I usually explore a country capital or major city for 5 days, longer if I stay with a friend, shorter if not as interested. For examples, I spent 9 days in Athens, 7 days in Paris, 7 days in London, 7 days in Seoul, 7 days in Buenos Aires, 6 days in Sydney, 6 days in Amman, 5 days in Barcelona, 5 days in Rome, days in Istanbul, 5 days in Lisbon, 5 days in Stockholm, 5 days in Havana, 5 days in Amsterdam, 5 days in Cape Town,  4 days in Madrid, 4 days in Budapest, 4 days in Cuzco, 4 days in Cairo, and 3 days in Vienna.

I landed in Moscow and spent almost 3 hours to clear the customs, got cheated by a taxi driver, and finally made it to hostel. Most people don’t speak English so I use offline translator. More challenges tomorrow!
